Which support model suits my business?

Choose a subscription if you need regular monthly IT support and want a predictable budget. Hour packs suit businesses with a variable but recurring IT workload. Buy hours upfront and use them as needed. Ad-hoc works best for one-off questions or urgent issues where no pack or subscription is in place.

What technologies do you support for SMEs?

Windows desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), network and connectivity, printers, basic security and backup, and new-user setup. I do not cover consumer devices or niche industry-specific software.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Subscriptions are monthly cancellable, no long-term lock-in. Hour packs have no ongoing commitment; you purchase once and use within 12 months. Ad-hoc has no commitment whatsoever.

Can I get on-site support?

Most issues are resolved remotely via a secure remote access tool. On-site visits to the Rotterdam region are available for Pro/Premium subscribers or where remote access is not possible.

When are you available for SME support?

My primary focus is enterprise and government IT projects. SME support is offered between engagements. Availability varies, so I recommend getting in touch early if you have an upcoming need.
