Ideal for

Organisations with a one-off IT issue that needs resolving quickly, businesses trying out the collaboration for the first time, and urgent situations where setting up a subscription would take too long.

How billing works

Work is tracked from the moment the session starts to the moment it ends, in 15-minute increments. You receive a single itemised invoice after the work is done, showing exactly what was done and how long it took. No surprises, no upfront payment.

Frequently asked questions

Usually within 1–2 business days for first contact. For small, well-defined issues same-day assistance is often possible. Just reach out and describe the situation.
No minimum engagement. Work is billed per 15 minutes so you only pay for time actually spent on your issue.
Yes. On-site visits can be arranged. Travel time is not charged; only the actual working time counts toward your invoice.
A single itemised invoice is issued after work is completed. It shows exactly what was done, the time spent and the total amount. No upfront payment required.
Ad-hoc is invoiced per engagement after the work is done. An hour pack is prepaid at a lower effective rate and includes priority scheduling over ad-hoc requests. If you expect recurring needs, a pack or subscription will be more economical.
