The Basic plan includes 6 hours of remote IT support per month, proactive monitoring of critical components, updates & maintenance of workstations and servers, a monthly health check with a brief report and short advice on recurring IT issues.
No, that's not required. You can also choose an hour pack or the ad-hoc rate of €120 (excl. VAT). Ideal for temporary projects, urgent questions or a first introduction.
Standard response within one business day. With Pro or Premium we agree on shorter response times. The Premium plan includes 24/7 incident response.
Standard fully remote. On-site visits are possible and can be included in Pro (1×/quarter) and Premium (1×/month), or booked separately via an hour pack (from half a day). Travel costs outside the Rotterdam region are discussed in advance.
Yes, all subscriptions are adjustable monthly. Notify us at least 10 days before the new month and it will be arranged immediately.
With Basic and Pro, unused hours expire at the end of the month. With Premium you can roll over unused hours for 1 month. Hour pack hours are valid for 12 months.
